Career Highlights

With graduate training in educational psychology (with a focus on neurodivergent learners) and clinical social work, I've leveraged my understanding of psychology and cognition to help people in educational, clinical, nonprofit, community and corporate settings. I translate human development and behavioral science into practical interventions that build resilience and bring about positive change. Here are a few highlights of my career that inform my work in organizational spaces:

  • I founded a nonprofit organization that served adults with disabilities, scaling it into a multi-staff operation that served 400–600 participants monthly over nearly two decades.
  • I co-founded an urban renewal initiative that mobilized business, government, and community stakeholders to drive economic and cultural revitalization.
  • I designed a clinically-informed change management strategy that helped mitigate risk of mass attrition of technology professionals at a major media company following the relocation of its facility.
  • As a school social worker, I implemented social–emotional learning and anti-bullying programs within K-8 school settings; provided counseling to students with disabilities, neuro-differences, trauma histories, and mental health challenges; connected food-insecure and at-risk families with essential community resources.
  • I currently offer evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families over the lifespan, addressing issues of trauma, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, relational conflict, trauma, and challenges associated with neurodifferences and autism.
